Computer users with near 24/7 availability of the Internet, with access to communications devices and channels nearly everywhere in the world, have come to see social networking as part of the normal social and business environment. Evidence from such activity can become vital information in the context of civil (and criminal) trials. But, there are challenges in obtaining and using such information.
