Overview
This OnDemand Webinar will address issues that face almost all practicing attorneys in one fashion or another – compensation for services. This program is designed for attorneys who follow traditional billing methods, as well as those who are compensated in a more flexible manner, such as participating in a client’s venture. This OnDemand Webinar will give an overview of the various methods used by attorneys to be compensated for their services, and include a discussion of the applicable professional rules and compliance with those rules. Common collection issues, the avoidance of those issues, and the professional rules that relate to collection issues and resolution of disputes with clients will also be addressed.
